An integration issue between Salesforce and the Call Center system prevented the successful transmission of new student data from 9:30 AM to approximately 4:30 PM MT on April 17, 2025. The root cause has been identified and resolved.
Outbound messages have resumed automatically, and all previously failed transmissions are expected to be fully processed by 5:00 PM MT.
